Tracy and Zachary got married last June at the beautiful Wilder Mansion in Elmhurst. They had their ceremony next door in the formal gardens. I love shooting at this place because there so much variety to choose from like the steps at the mansion, the greenhouse, and the gorgeous gardens. Tracy and Zachary were an amazing couple to work for and I hope I get to shoot here again soon!
Is there anything sweeter than an outdoor Spring Wedding? Alex and Kevin had the most beautiful days at one of our favorite venues, The Armour House, in Lake Forest. They had the most perfect weather for their outdoor ceremony, there wasn't a cloud in the sky, the peonies were in full bloom, and they and their bridal party were absolutely stunning!
Alex and Kevin were so great to work with. Their love for each other was undeniable, and Kevin could not keep his eyes off of his gorgeous new wife!
Guests enjoyed drinks outside during the cocktail hour, and their reception was so beautiful. The cascading flowers by Ipomea Floral were simply breathtaking! And many of the details were made by the bride herself!
Toast and Jam kept their party going, and there was a smile on every face!
We loved being a part of this wedding, and are so grateful to be able to celebrate these incredible days with so many amazing people!

Erica and Jake got married almost a year ago at one of our favorite venues: Warehouse 109. This place is located not too far from Chicago in Plainfield, IL and has a really cool vintage warehouse vibe. I love shooting here! It ended up raining a little bit so they ended up doing their ceremony inside and there were plenty of covered spaces to do portraits on site. Erica and Jake also used some of our favorite vendors such as Zuzu's petal's and DeEtta's bakery. I loved working with this couple and wish them a Happy Anniversary!

Liz and Seth got married at one of our favorite venues: the Mora Farm. This place is out in the country (but not too far) and is full of rustic charm. They had a cute outdoor ceremony and we did some portraits with a barn and a cornfield as the backdrop. This bridal party was a ton of fun and I wish I could go back to their wedding and hang out some more. And check out Liz's amazing wedding dress!

Last May we had the pleasure of photographing Kristin and Mike's wedding. They got married at their home church of St. Mary's in Buffalo Grove. We did a bunch of photos at the Nature Boardwalk at Lincoln Park before heading to their reception at Ravenswood Event Center. We love all the details of their wedding (check out the flowers by Fab Flora) and the decorations at their reception were to die for! The reception party and fun was managed by our favorite dj's Toast and Jam. Our favorite photo is the one of Kristin and her boxer (we have a soft spot for boxers and, well, dogs in general). We can't wait for the weather to be nice again like it was on their wedding day!
