Gwen and Patrick's Wedding

It's been a while since our last post, but we have a good excuse!  Meet Milo Joel, our perfect and beautiful third-born son.  He was born on December 12th, weighing 8lbs and measuring 21.5" long.  We are completely over the moon for him and have been enjoying our time getting to know this precious little man.

We are now ready to get back into the swing of things, and bring you more wedding prettiness!

Gwen and Patrick had a sweet, heartfelt ceremony filled with love and laughter.  We had so much fun doing their outdoor portraits, despite the wind!  They and their bridal party were so much fun to work with!

Their pretty reception at Blumen Gardens was overflowing with all the things we love, including twinkle lights and macaroons!

Megen and Tom's Engagement Session

Megen and Tom had a beautiful day for their Engagement Session in Chicago a few weeks ago!  They were perfectly styled, and so in love that they were a breeze to photograph!

We are so excited to be a part of their wedding in March, but for now, please enjoy a few of our favorites from their Engagement Shoot!

Rhian and Cameron's Wedding

Rhian and Cameron had a beautiful early-Autumn day for their wedding at the Emerson Creek Pottery and Tea Room.  Their rustic theme was accentuated with the perfect amount of glamor and sweetness.  Their wedding colors of ivory, navy and gray were beautifully complimented by their choice of flowers.

We loved the personal touches they added throughout their day, and who can resist a dapper groom with a bolo tie and a bone ring?

Rhian and Cameron's short, sweet and heartfelt ceremony was held outside and we simply adored the wagon that their beautiful one year old daughter was wheeled in with!!

Melissa and Bradley's Engagement Session

If you contact us about doing an Engagement Session and your ideas include your favorite Ice Cream Shoppe, your dog (whose name is THOR), flesh-color Hulk hands, and a heavily graffitied lot...we are going to say yes.  And chances are, we are going to want to be friends with you too. At least, that's how it went with Melissa and Bradley.

These two are simply amazing, and we cannot wait to do their wedding next September!

Carolyn and Brock's Wedding

Carolyn and Brock had such a lovely and sweet wedding a few weeks ago. We absolutely loved their color selections of peach, mint green and gray!  So beautiful!

Carolyn's jaw-dropping lace gown was so perfect for her, and we can't get enough of those incredible Badgley Mischka pumps!

After their perfect ceremony at St.Hubert's Church, we spent a while doing portraits at the Graue Mill in Hinsdale before heading over to the Hyatt Lodge for their amazing, laughter-filled reception!  Their entire day ran without a hitch due to their lovely Event Coordinator, Lauren, from Ryan Alexander Events!
