Lauren and Brian's Wedding

Lauren and Brian had one of the most romantic and intimate brunch wedding we've ever experienced.  Held on the historic grounds of the Armour House in Lake Forest, Illinois, this wedding was one for the books. Lauren's gown was so exquisite, we couldn't take our eyes off it.  It also had pockets, which is a total win in our opinion!  From the incredible shoes to the dapper groom's bow tie, every moment of this wedding was simply perfect.

They were unabashedly head-over-heels for one another, and it showed through in everything they did.  We so loved the adoring way Brian looked at his bride!

Every detail of their day was glamorous, yet simple and dignified. Gail, their planner from from GZ Weddings & Events was such a pleasure to work with and kept the event going seamlessly.

Teddy and Svetla's Wedding

Teddy and Svetla had such a great wedding, and they were amazing to work with!  It just can't get better than a classy wedding with a rocker edge! These two lovebirds were married at the Deer Path Inn in Lake Forest, and it created the perfect setting for their day.

Svetla was styled by the talented Marek, and was absolutely breathtaking.  She wore a sheer lace gown, and totally rocked it.  Svetla and Teddy couldn't take their eyes off of each other all day.  We loved the way Teddy made Svetla laugh...the two of them couldn't be any sweeter.

Their ceremony was amazing, and their vows were taken from rock songs.  It was great!  The reception was filled with fantastic live music, definitely some of the best we've heard, and we absolutely love that they shared their first dance with their adorable 4 year old son.

Trent and Lauren's Engagement Session

This beautiful couple was so easy to work with.  They came with a lot of great ideas, were perfectly styled and had an abundance of enthusiasm for the shoot! We had a lot of fun going to the various locations they chose, and even grabbed some ice cream from a bicycle vendor!

It was a beautiful day for their session, and we couldn't have asked for better light to work with!

Dan and Ashley's Wedding

Dan and Ashley had the sweetest wedding just a few weeks back!  They didn't let a little rainfall dampen their day, and were even graced with a rainbow sighting!  Ashley has the most beautiful, contagious smile and has a way of putting everyone around her at ease.  These two were a blast to work with, and we are thrilled to have been a part of their day. Ashley had a simply stunning gown, and we can't get over those amazing shoes!!  Also, is there anything more dapper than a man in a fantastic blue suit?

We tend to think not.

Dan and Julia's Engagement Session

Dan and Julia had a perfect evening for their Engagement Session in Chicago a few weeks ago! We decided to start the shoot at the 4th Presbyterian Church, which is where Dan popped the big question.  From there we jumped over to the Ghirardelli Chocolate Company which is one of Julia's favorite local places (she's a girl after my own heart), and then we finished up with some skyline shots at North Avenue Beach.

Aren't they just the sweetest?
