A blog of our current photography work.

Torres Family

The Torres family reached out to me for a few quick photos of them with their baby as she was growing up fast and they wanted to capture this time in their lives! They said they had plenty of photos of just her so they booked a mini session to get a few good photos of the three of them together. Little ones grow up so fast and it’s important to get photos of them at each stage to look back on. It’s so wild to look back on photos of them when they were small and to see how far they’ve come! -Jake

Casey Family

The other week I met up with the Casey family to do portraits of them as they welcomed their newborn baby boy into this world. Phillip was so cute and sleepy for his portrait debut! I love that they included their pup Petey into a bunch of the family photos as well. Thank you to the Casey family for having me come to their home to do their portraits!

The Tesnow Family

A couple of weeks ago I met the Tesnow family at their home to do some photos or their family and their new son Landon. I can’t get over how adorable this little baby is especially in that outfit with the buttons! Congrats Alyssa and Dave! We can’t wait to show you all of your photos!

The Rynn Family

The last time I photographed the Rynn family they were still expecting their second child. Time doesn’t stand still and it’s already been a year since I did those photos! It was great to meet their littlest and to get her in some photos, too. I’ve been able to witness both of their daughter’s cake smashes now and it warmed my hear to hear that their oldest likes to look at all of her baby photos from past sessions.

5 month old baby portraits - Lucas

I’m supposed to be in the thick of wedding season right now but, obviously, that’s not the case with the pandemic. So we’ve been making more of a focus on our other big portion of our business which is family photography. Slowly I’m doing more and more sessions as the summer progresses. I can’t say I’m totally used to photographing with a mask on but scuba gear defogging drops helps with my glasses!

Anyways, last year Gladys and John had me come to their home to take portraits of the two of them and their extended family so they could put together an adoption book as they were in the process of adopting a baby. Well, in December their baby was born and they flew out to Texas to adopt him. I’m so happy that I was able to help out with their adoption journey and that they called me back to take some baby portraits of him. It was great to meet Lucas and I hope I get to do more portraits for them in the future!
